Have most, if not all, of the things you may want to buy at a convenience like medicines, food and beverage, and personal effects like hygiene products and toiletries. Price is reasonable but queue at the counter is always long. Medicine counter is crowded at times and no order or line has been implemented. If you are in a rush, I suggest you go to 7-11 comvenience store nearby.

Terrible customer service for PWDs, unaccommodating! I was purchasing my meds last Saturday. I was asked if I am a Senior Citizen (no SC customer though at that time). Then the staff asked me to wait and accommodated people who came later than me. I have been purchasing meds from other branches of Mercury but never been mistreated like this. This should be paid attention by their bosses!!!

This Mercury Drug branch is more of a convenience store, with a large space for non-pharmaceutical items like snacks and basic groceries.
