The 50% promo is ridiculous. Improper advertisement. It did not indicate that promo was for wash only, does not include the drying service. Kaloka. Then, they offer pick and drop service, which is great. Kaso, the second time I tried to avail it, no one replied to my messages at all. It took 4 days and another angry text from me for them to reply. The help who texted ms was rude and sarcastic. When I asked for the owners number, she never texted me back. It's been a week since then.
