A wine and liquor shop. The selections in-store do not impress. However, the shop only serves as a physical brick-and-mortar store. Most of the business of Manila Wine is done online. They carry hard-to-find whiskeys, brandies, and other spirits. The prices are very reasonable, and the delivery services are outstanding.
Great place to get alcohol and liquor. I get my hard to find Corazón Reposado Tequila from here. Friendly and very approachable owners as well.
I've not received the order yet and that's precisely the reason I am writing this review. No updates, non-responsive to messages, and absolutely rude when spoken to on the phone, the lady speaks to you as if you are not a customer and had this condescending tone even going so far as to telling me the dispatch team had a late lunch. Terrible service, non-responsive through the communication platforms they have, and an overall waste of time. Better off ordering somewhere else.
Sells high end products. I was disappointed because an item was listed on facebook marketplace as available, but when I got there it was not.Best to call them first.
I seldom give 1 star ratings, but this store truly deserves it. This store should be banned, that's how bad they are.
They have no ethics, they lie to get orders. Very disgusting..
