the pandemic really took a toll on restaurant service. kfc east ave was no exception. the chicken original recipe was overdone and dry, the prepacked gravy is short of what used to be endless (but understood, the dispemser may spread the virus), and you're not sure if that guy who just cleaned up the table sanitized it or just used rag wringed with water and used again (didnt see him spraty disinfectant). but yes, that zesty kfc crust is still good. but no more finger lickin' good this season! :-)

The taste of the spicy chicken, is spicy enough but it does not fall off the bone.

Was willing to cook a new batch of Hot Shots for one fella with a serious case of the munchies (after multiple failed attempts at other branches!)... Because of that, Shaw branch will forever hold my heart ^^,

Worst!!!! chicken cooked in OVER USED OIL. Do not pit any special instruction in online ordering,THEY WILL IGNORE IT! WORST ! ordered with Rice and of course delivered NO RICE! WORST!! THEY DON'T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR! RUINED THE NIGHT!
