I had phoned just about every other storage facility in my area prior to calling up StorageMart, so I couldn't help but make comparisons. StorageMart is very professional and prompt in accommodating inquiries, and makes would-be customers feel welcome. I was given a mini-orientation and an on-site tour before deciding to avail of their service. Everything is straightforward, what's on paper is exactly what you get. Shout out to their awesome manager, who clearly takes pride in his work and who actually cares about giving the best service to his customers. The facility itself was a lot smaller than I'd imagined, but it was neat and clean and very pleasing to the eyes, overall (or maybe..I'm just really partial to the color blue 😅). Safe. Solid service. Very helpful and accessible customer support. This one's an easy 5 stars for me.

I am relieved that I finally secured a storage facility that is near to my place where my unused essentials are now placed soundly. I have stumbled upon StorageMart - J. Abad Santos branch and I must say I’m amazed. Not only that the facility is neat and organized, but it is also very safe and secured for it has a strict system in accessing your storage and when you enter and leave the place itself. I was also assisted by Sir Josh who was very accommodating and helpful in answering all of my queries. The overall transaction from the initial visit of the facility until the move-in and contract signing went smoothly thanks to him. Hands down to sir Josh and to the management. This place is highly recommended! :)

I'm Glad to have found this storage space near my residential area. Sir. Josh is very accommodating and helpful to me when I visit the storage space to view the actual lockers. He is Also a big help with the move in process of my personal things. Sir. Josh is very kind, he really tried to get to know me first and my needs first before suggesting which storage space is best fit for my stuffs.. Though I know that I have so many personal stuff that 7 large boxes isn't enough, I availed 2 lockers instead of 1. Personal Stuffs for moving out in a condo is a must when waiting for the turn over of own unit. Better find this storage space for smooth and fast accommodation with friendly a friendly manager to entrust the safety of our belongings.. I didn't know there are storage space available to rent in the Philippines. After researching and going to every storage space area near my place, I decided to visit StorageMart Jose Abad Santos. They were very accommodating and catered to all my needs ( and 100 questions). I chose Jose Abad Santos branch because of its proximity to my place and because it was cheaper than other branches that I visited. Thank you, Sir Josh, for helping me when I was moving in. Highly recommended.

It’s my first time to try this type of service and like any other firsts, I’d always have a lot of questions and need for clarifications to choose the best fit for my needs. It is indeed seldom to find the perfect fit and not to mention great quality customer service. StorageMart - Jose Abad Santos Branch was able to deliver both. From constant email communication, phone calls, and Viber, to actual packaging and delivery of items, those have exceeded customer expectations. They lay out and suggest for the best plans to choose from - With flexibility, you get to save money while ensuring the quality and security of your items. Truly a happy and satisfied customer here!
