The Sales Person Elaine was responsive but the assigned move manager was not proactive at all leading to a delay with the move. Packer that was sent was only 2 instead of the agreed 5 personnel, and i was only informed the night before. Movers on the moving day however were commendable and tried their best to catch up with the delay caused by lack of manpower in the previous day.

Moved to the Philippines. Started well from country of origin. Applying for tax exempt here. The company is asking for some documents. Told them if sending scans are okay because of Covid-19. They said no, and I can send the originals (not copies), by mail. It will get lost for sure. So they're basically giving me the worst options possible. Risk my health and risk losing very important documents. To make things worse, I tried calling the manager. I dialed the extension and instead, reached the operator. Me: "Can I talk to the manager" Operator: "Sir, I tried connecting to her and I can't. Just email her" Me: "But I need to talk to her" Operator: "I can't" (angry tone)

Staff are friendly and professional, they are on time and were careful during packing. Complete packing materials and checklists, too! Good job on that! They even made a lost all of the staff who will be coming over to make it easy for us to secure a permit. Thank uou! Will surely recommend to friends.

What started as a good experience declined quickly and drastically. We have had to over pay for fees related to storage and unloading due to being unavailable when our crate finally arrived which was 3-4 weeks after expected date. I have asked Allied Philippines to credit this cost and the local management has not responded to any request. I have not had one response to multiple emails requesting refund and escalation to regional leadership. I believe in fair customer service and standing up to your name and Allied simply has failed us. We would be a detractor going forward if our friends, colleagues and mobility departments request recommendations. The positive piece was the careful packing and careful delivery and unpacking of goods. Those two components were smooth. We had strong follow-up from Tata Pintac while she was with Allied however very poor responsiveness and resolution since she has left. Quite a shame!

Allied Pickford were very helpful in planning my move. They could not do enough to help. They arrived at the residence packed our gear very professionally.Could not recomend them highly enough.
