Weekends here are the worst. Try going during weekdays.

Great day out. Avoid weekends. Closing time at 4.30 PM. Free entry, still. Compulsory learning about the local culture and events for any outsider. Great service.

a beautiful old colonial building. but only from outside. there is no museum there (we were told by the friendly staff from nearby municipality admin). we then strolled nearby river and did catch a jeepney to Ayala museum.
