Bayleaf Restaurant & Bar Lounge

Came here during Fete De La Musique, so I understand that the servers were overcapacity, but one of the waitresses was very rude! I ordered a San Miguel Pale Pilsen and Rum Cola cocktail, but she delivered a San Miguel Light and San Miguel Pale. When I told her that one of the items was wrong, she wanted to show me the ticket she wrote to prove that that was what I ordered, but she wrote that, not me, and she did not even repeat my order in the first place, nor did she have me sign the ticket! She even continued to fight me about it! How infuriating! Instead of letting her ruin my night, I just accepted the Pale and Light instead of reporting her to her manager. Will definitely not be coming back here again.

We were surprised that it was only for buffet while it was shown in eatigo that you can choose ala carte. However, we just decided to avail of their buffet at half the price than leave. They only offer basic choices for breakfast- chicken adobo (cuts in mingy portion), meatloaf, chicken sausage and fried veggies. A 2-3 kinds of sweets for desserts and watermelon and pineapple for fruits. I saw another table for noodles and congee but that was just it. We have brewed coffee but they also offer tea and milk. There is nothing special in the menu. All taste like lutong bahay that lacks some ingredients. I am not going back if they offer the same food made by same cook.

Serves good bfast fare of Filipino, Western and Asian Food. Love their Indian dishes. Staff are attentive and helpful. It has an al fresco terrace overlooking the streets below. Open at night if you need to chill.
