I hate it that the staff aren't aware enough to make sure the sliding door is closed. They always leave it 2/3 of the way closed. The kids always see it and try to get in or out. Why not close it all the way?! And the receptionist is almost always never around. Where do you go all the time? You know parents come in at the start of the hour for their kid's session so why not go do those extra things before or after the kids have started

It'a very hard to coordinate with their teachers. Even how much the school wants to coordinate with them for your kid's improvement they won't even bother. Terrible experience
