I call many times but no one answering disgraceful!

i would like to report it here in the village of jose sitio area 3-4. we only rent and we rent in our own bathroom with shashabu and the owner's own son. he is well known as pusher and user here. we just wonder why this addict was not caught. hopefully the akshon will get it right away because all the tenants here have already complained to the addict. they are shuffling in our own bathroom. every morning and afternoon sometimes night. hopefully pay attention to catch the addict here and be killed
