My experience was good actually, it's quite a long wait even if you have an appointment. Best advices, be early as possible, there's not much parking space for cars but a motorcycle might suffice, bring a portable cage or a cage bag 'cause there are cases where pets got lost due to unsecured cages. So over all, be prepared and cautious and it will go out smoothly

I brought my rescue kitten there last week. Going back for follow up. Place is alright. Doctors are very young. There were many customers/ furpatients. It's just that they don't have special rates for rescues. No cams allowed to take pics.

parking is very limited so better have someone to be with when dropping off your pets.

The staff are good in what they are doing...

They have markers on the floor to follow and organized staffs and friendly too.
