Vets In Practice Mandaluyong

After 10 yrs, i have decided to look for another vet clinic that does not have ridiculous appointment wait period, allows fur parents to be with them during check up and allows visit during confinement. 8 days wait for an appointment is absurd, suggesting emergency is another. Natalo pa nila dentist appointment where you have direct contact. I know you guys practice new normal, but this new vet practice is disappointing.

Great service, awesome Doctors, saved my Dog from a car crash

Call operator is not well informed. She referred us to another VIP branch that doesn't have the equipment nor doctors for my chihuahua. Wasted our whole day waiting doon sa other branch only to be told na we're supposed to be referred again to a different VIP branch. Other than that, I really have nothing bad to say. I edited out the mean words I said now that my chihuahua's safe in VIP The Fort branch. They were able to perform surgery on him for his fractured jaw. They placed implants on his jaw and we're hoping he'll be able to live normally again once he heals up fully. Thank you so much, VIP The Fort. Although some staff members could be more customer centric, I could definitely say that this animal hospital is our most trusted hospital.

Staffs are in PPE.has waiting area outside the building thus very limited parking.
