My dog got sick 4 days after the grooming (possible parvo). 😢 The grooming area is dark and dirty, and you cannot actually see how they groom your dog. Note that we carry our dog from and to our place. For the Clinic area, you should request to re-sanitize where your dog will be placed even the weighing scale outside the clinic. Hope the management will revisit their house rules as this is one of the most convenient vet clinic within eastwood.

I do not recommend this grooming facility. It has gotten worse since civid-19. You use to be able to watch the groomer through the glass door, but now they covered the glass door with an over size poster making it almost impossible to watch (alows about 4 inches to look if you turn your head side ways). Place is dirty and run down equipment. the emplyees acted like it is just a job, lacking caring for the pets (to rough on pets).
