Bad Experience at this emission center. Bad service. I chose them kc recommended by my troops tpos I also came from sariaya going to iyam. assuming I have my stencil after my emission. But upon checking, they said they did not have a stencil form. BUT when you said they would take care of it, it was ok that there was no form. So what happened was I also went to the grand just to get a stencil. tsk tsk waste of time. They have no life to talk to someone here. You go straight to the grand, the service is better.
