Nice place luck of model vehicles

The rating is done on the Car Sales Showroom and Service Center and not on the brand. I am here today, May 30, 2020. Having car serviced even if Google says “temporarily closed”. I arrived at 10:30am and expect to leave at 5pm. Two nearby food shops open....Mini Stop and Pizza Hut. All else are closed today. So bring your baon or merienda if you don’t want to leave. Coffee Machine is “Out of Order”. Social Distancing in the Service Center was not observed most times. Even among people working in this Service Center. None wore gloves. No acrylic walls in between personnel and client. Supposedly, the regional office based overseas have been contacted for approval. So, maybe in a month or so, we will be seeing changes in this Service Center. Everyone wore masks. The Aircon barely worked. It was so hot inside. Like only the fan was switched on. So hot air was circulating inside the showroom and service center waiting area. No sales representative around the entire 5 hours I was in the Service Center while I waited for the car to be serviced. Many seats in this Japanese brand car dealership and service center are torn. And to share what I have found, photos attached. This is very telling to me about management and people attitude. The facilities managers and supervisors did not seem to be around.

Other than the place either not having enough technicians to lower servicing wait times or just me coming at a bad time seeing as they said their wait times were crazy at the time 'cause of an ongoing "promo". It's pretty good. The people were very accommodating and everything that didn't need to take long didn't take long.

The 3rd of a string of area automobile dealerships located in Aseana City along Bradco Avenue, (Ford, Honda and Subaru). This particular location is very well appointed with a clean, sizable showroom and service department to fill all your automotive needs...

Staff is very accomodating in both sales and after sales service. It does get crowded though at times
