R-mall or Rainbow Mall is located beside the Our Lady of Victory Parish, the site is also the old Gymnasium of Victorias City where the PBA games was held. Now a two story commercial building, the Landbank of the Philippines Victorias branch is located on ground floor, beside old SSS office, on the second floor you'll find the Dungganon, a local radio station and a religious organization while between the mall and the church is a street that has sari-sari stores and carinderias that serves meals open all day.
