I contacted the owner via social media and they accept reservation without advance payment. Price is affordable. The owners can recommend tour guides or tricycle drivers. Clients can check in anytime even midnight. There is not cut-off time for checking out. Good for smalltime travelers. Not recommended for high-end clients. They also don't provide any supplies for your temporary stay. The place is at the town proper so dining establishments nearby can be reached in no time.
