One of the coastal Barangay of the Municipality of Basilisa, subdivided into Three...Purok 1,2 and 3. The coastal area is Purok-1 and it is also a landslide prone area. If PAG-ASA (weather) raised to Storm signal number 1, automatic the Barangay Officials will coordinate all families at Purok-1 to evacuate at Purok-2. Only the husband will be remain at their house. Their occupation are Planting Rice, Planting Vegetables, several are on Convenience Store business, some are going to forest to cut timber for orders, few are Habal-habal driver, few are making coal from Tree trunks, other member of the family worked at Manila, few are Regular/ Casual employee at Cagdianao Mining Corporation and some are Fisherman and Boat operators.
