I accept the fact that I have a sweet tooth, so give me some desserts!
Perfect Dessert Bingsu by Snow Panda.
I'm with my family and we went for a short walk in SM City Cauayan and we chanced upon this colourful Korean resto offering their specialty bingsu which is like our Filipino dessert halo-halo except that the ice is really fine and the ingredients are super creamy (as in) that it melts as you chew it or put it on your mouth and we love it.
Try the bingsu of snow panda. We have tried their best seller Oreo and I am really amazed with the Strawberry flavor. Just pretty much the heaven tastes! The shaved ice is definitely different. Again, melts in your mouth and the serving is really big-perfect for family, peers, or groups.
Aug. 2019 update:
Craving for some Korean food or wanna satisfy your sweet tooth with some bingsu? Snow Panda is a restaurant that serves Korean food and Bingsu at the same time and it's just located at SM City Cauayan, Isabela.
If you would like to taste an authentic bingsu, I highly recommend the SNOW PANDA for you to visit. Their price point is very affordable considering the amount of serving that they offer.
They served us Kimbap, Tukboki, and Mango Bingsu.
Snow Panda will be offering Tiger Sugar milk Tea on August 30, 2019.
I'll keep this post updated by the time I try their other creations.
They have a loyalty card wherein if you have dined/purchased there 10 times, you'll be given a free bingsu on your 11th visit.
This will definitely be my "panghimagas" place from now on.
Good food, decent place, reasonable prices.
You may think that 150 for kimbap or tukbokki is expensive. Sure, you can roll up some kimbap yourself or make some sweet chilli sauce for your frozen Korean cakes. But let me remind you, there's no "tingi-tingi" in nori (circa PhP90), chilli paste (PhP240 a tub), Spam (circa PhP100, kimchi (PhP135 per 400g), sesame oil (PhP 90), etc. Not to mention, 500g of eomuk/odeng is around PhP180 already. Buying all the ingredients that will make your kimbap or tukbokki possible will already cost you around PhP1200. So, yeah, Snow Panda's prices are reasonable. You'll get your money's worth. Good way ti satisfy your Korean food cravings minus the hustle.
