Surigao City Hall

Simple and nice building. Not your usual City Hall that are grand and fab. This one is simple and somewhat small.

I have seen regress instead of progress. I hope the government would aim on improving the city. Not much investors in the place. Along roads you can only see crumbling houses not stores or commercial buildings. Take note there is only one existing mall and it is a small mall just 2-story high. Some people are not disciplined. We have witnessed how a motorcycle ran a red light and yet there were Traffic Management Staff in the place. The electric post and wires of the city looked very dangerous like it could start a fire at any moment. You can actually reached it with your hands. Place was untidy. You don't want to stay in this place.
