Nice and cool place to relax

For my experience there yesterday It was so really bad !Why?because all is not working,specially the shower and the shower heater.even in the room the light also isn't working.expensive egg for breakfast with 3 hard toast bread which is the color is green. No beer,no butter,and no shower.never ever go back there again.
