Savta homestay

Comfortable environment all around. I was probably not typical of the guest who shows up in Banaue, but the host was willing and able to be accommodating and of great help to me. She being from the area and familiar with it was a big factor. It was actually my first real experience with 'home-stay' or whatever and now I tend to favor that method of accommodation thanks in part to my positive experiences at Savta.

Best homestay ever. I strongly recommend this place. Owner Elma is so friendly and helpful. Her cousin Jaypee could help you spend your time in Banaue in the best possible way.

Great & real homely place to stay in Banaue. Elma is a lovely woman who opened her home for guests at april 2018. The place is comfortable and clean with beautiful view on the rice terraces. Elma is very kind and helpfull and can also cook meals for request. You can use the kitchen and also cook for yourself (with small payment for gas).We are a family of 4 (2 kids -10 &12years ) and we spent 7 nights at Elma's place (some of then because my dauther got sick and with Elma's care it felt like resting at home). She can order for you tours with good local guides (Banaue/Batad/Haoao rice terraces). It was one of our best places in the Phillipins.

I really want to recomendr Savta Homestay in Banaue. It is a two floors homestay. The top floor is for guests and the lower floor is Elma's home. The top floor has a great balcony with a nice view over some rice terraces. The whole place is like home. Spacious,clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen and cooked some great meals with the help of Elma. It is located on the other side of Banaue center just few minutes walk after crossing the hanging bridge. We spent there 4 night and really felt like home and didn't want to leave. After seeing other places in Banaue I think it is great choice. We where family with 4 small kids.

Very clean, welcoming place. Beautiful view of the rice fields. Comfortable bed. But extremely noisy (dogs, roadworks, moped ...)
