Le Bistro

Pizzas, apparently the flagship food item of this restaurant, are far from the real thing. The crust resembles pita bread, sauce is unremarkable, they use some grated hard cheese, not mozzarella. It may be the best you can do in rural Philippines but don't expect to be transferred to Italy or New York when you order one of these.

Really good food. We liked the pizza. The waitress was really nice.

We shared a pizza and a pasta and it delicious, one of the best meals in a while. It was also refreshing to have some nice wine, a change of pace from the standard fare. Prices were very fair and service was great, worth trying.

This place is closed until at least Dec 2019. There on the second floor. Didn't Get to try them since they were closed when we were in the area, so only giving neutral stars 3/5. The gate to the second floor was closed and locked, with a very weather worn sign saying they're closed until Dec, with a number of items oiled in front of and against the gate, together giving the impression they've been closed for a while.
