UnionBank of the Philippines - Baguio

It's my second time to experience this. I sent money and we were expecting that the code will be sent at least after an hour but, again, 13hrs of waiting still there's no code sent yet. What's wrong???

I was trying to request assistance regarding the union bank app for me to monitor my transactions and I was not happy inquiring in the bank. The teller was not accommodating at all despite my positive approach, so unprofessional. I was asked to present two IDs and when I asked my colleagues, they were only asked for 1 ID. There was no long queue on that time so it is unacceptable for the teller not to show a positive response. I felt like minaliit nya porke nagwowork ako sa contact centre. I have a degree and completed it with honors. I am working in the management and I find it disappointing to have an experience like this... I saw previous posts here, seeming the lady on the desk was also photographed just texting on her phone( not sure but there is a resemblance).

I made mistake in submitting a payment and its already late in the afternoon. The bank is almost closed but i called them and they really waited for me and they immediately help me supposedly i will come back tomorrow to process again but they were really helpful. KUDOS to the team in Baguio. God bless you guys and my heartfelt thank you, you guys have no idea how you saved me from so veel stress. Thank You

Tried to sign up on the app and it took three days.. it's stating that it's under maintenance and they are going to be right back before i know it. Tried to withdraw to a different ATM Machines states that it's an invalid card.

Came in with 2 senior citizen family members to ask about opening savings accounts. The person-in-charge pretty much told me to JUST LOOK AT THE PIECE OF PAPER FOR THE REQUIREMENTS AND JUST CHECK THEIR WEBSITE. We were already there, so our questions would be easily answered. Rude m*****f*****. Went to BPI instead. Date: 6/29/2017
