Took more than two hours and a half to be serviced for just a deposit. With 6 clients and 2 tellers. They could've had a better flow. The more time people stay inside the bank, the more the people and the staff are at risk for covid. Create a lane for those easy and fster transactions like deposits, withdrawal, etc. and have a separate lane for other transactions.most people dont have all day for simple bank transactions. If you guys can automate it like other banks better.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered! The waiting time is super extremely unreasonable.

Your I go says you close at 3 pm. Best time to co.e is at 2pm. I came at 2pm. The guard says your closed.

I got a number before they go offline they don’t care if you wait for hours. I waited and they just notified me that they are offline after an hour. They cater first to money transactions related to deposits or within their bank matters before others such as paying your prc or bir. What was the use of giving out numbers.

the place was easily located through waze...it is in a very busy intersection, because baguio is a very hilly place drivers should be very cautious to avoid having their cars underside scratch.
