Bank employees shouldn't be talking and laughing in front of their clients. It's expected of them to be good in communication, patient, and happy to answer any question. I hope they get the training they deserve.

Tellers are so mean and disrespectful. I waited for an hour for my encashment and when I followed up asking " matagal pa po ba?" she answered me in a very mean way saying " pakihintay". I told her that she can answer me in a nice way but then again she just looked and me na may kasamang "irap". After that i approached the manager and then my friend who also did a deposit told me that she heard the tellers are talking about me. I dont have a problem waiting for hours but the concern came from the people who doesn't have respect to their customers. Very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Visited ATM. Fee for withdrawal as I am not a BDO customer but it wasn’t excessive. Location was busy on Saturday afternoon.
