This place is very busy. Even before Covid-19. If you're really rushing and you needed to be attended by a teller? Rushing won't do you any good. Be there 2-3 hours before the time you think you should be. Be early as possible, less people in the opening hours. (I guess we all know that)

In the process of making an account, could they simply give a printed registration form so you could write anywhere, and verify once you are called? Come on, they work so slow that even a queue of 10 will take an hour. Who would even give this branch a five star rating anyway? Everyone seems to be busy doing something else.

I don't mind waiting, it's inevitable with the amount of people everyday who do banking. What I'm disappointing in is the lack of the BPI reps wanting to explain and help a customer. The lack of structure and organization within your establishment is unacceptable. If a customer comes in wanting to open a bank account, once they have submitted the required paperwork and the rep has filed it away, if later on down the road there are issues with their account and need to open a new one or for whatever else reason, shouldn't the original paperwork still be available? Why do you make it harder for yourself and the customer to open or make changes to their accounts by requiring new paperwork to be filed every time they need to make a change? Why do you then have to come back for your debit card instead of making it right then and there? This is 2017, you need to keep up with the current technology the world is on in order to keep up with the demand of your customers. Make your life and their lives easier by being helpful, compassionate, reasonable and work smarter. Don't create more steps and work for you to do a simple task. It just doesn't make sense. Also, train your staff to not have so much attitude when interacting with their customers. Shaking their head and not wanting to give them their undivided attention is rude.
