Here Gastropub

Two things are sure: the food is totally tasty despite of its price, and the ambience is okay. However for the service, at peak times it is really hard to get the attention of the service waiters. That one time we went here, we had to call the waiter twice just to update the food we ordered. And it's not even at peak times. 😕

Great ambiance bad ventilation. You cannot text or call inside because of poor connection.

Ambience is ok and there is something new in the menu, but the service is poor... We ordered pizza, taste is ok, but was served very cold, it's because the pizza we ordered stayed in the counter for so long before it was served to us. The cocktail we ordered took forever to be prepared and served. Even the service water we requested, we have to make not one, not two but three follow-ups! We went there on a sunday, and during that time there are only about 7 tables, including us, with customers, so I wonder what if the whole place is full, how long will we wait for our orders? I posted pictures below a glimpse on how the place looked like, and you will see there are just few customers... And I see 2 or 3 waiters plus the ones in the counter when we were there... Also the place needs more ventilation, even when the door and windows are open, the cigarette smoke stays inside... (We're not smokers so we noticed this) The look was changed, though I still prefer the look of Sala, I was hoping service was much better than Sala but then the service declined even more...
