Basipop Cafe

Basipop Cafe is a very good place to have a quick bite, a long lunch, or any of the sorts. The foods in the menu are great! It's not very crowded too (It is located on the second floor of the Mabini Shopping Center). The staff are also very accommodating. It is just a simple cafe though, there are no sofa chairs around but what makes it a good place is because the area is not very noisy. By the way, I like their halo-halo (even if it is very simple).
