THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD. I asked the employee if the slurpee's fine and has the icy consistency. She told me yes. But when i took some on the 25 php cup, it was pure liquid so i had to discard it. She told me i had to pay that. But it wasn't my fault their slurpee was just a plain juice. She should've told me no. I was running late ,because they had to make an extra charge because of that. I was quite reluctant to defend my rights because i'm just a highschool student but i knew i'm not gonna waiste my mom's money for the mistake their employee did. Their customer service is REALLY BAD. I had to talk to the people behind the cashier. If the slurpee wasn't ready yet, they should've posted a warning sign. Not tricking me into paying. I got kind of pissed. Good thing I HAVE MY RIGHTS, I KNOW MY RIGHTS, I WILL USE MY RIGHTS... In the end, they apologized but that employee who told me that the slurpees were fine, I still deserve to hear an apology from her. Its quite embarrassing. I was still in my uniform and i had to talk to them over the counter people were staring. They can't erase the stress they put me into. One word review: DISAPPOINTING
