Hello po…I just want to tell u about something happened in mercury drug baguio at lower session road…there is this a pharmacist namely eliza….actually this happened twice on my part…..the first time I just ignore her na lng….napaka sunggit nya…anyway this is what happened po last nov 5 2016 at arounbd 2-3pm….as I went up to the pharmacy I got a number….my number is 9…I told her that I will buy this medicine n nka recita po…but I told her that tignan kpa price nya….so she went to the computer adding everything…the amount of my medicine to buy is 1729.00p…I asked her kng naalis napo ung discount ng senior…she said “YES”…so I asked her again na kng pwede paki lagay yung amount sa recita so I could review since I don’t have enoughmoney to purchase… suddenly she walk out with a sobbing face and turn away and went to another costumer …then I look at her at inaasikaso na nya ung isang costumer so I said to the pharmacist near me ….kindly give my prescription and that pharmacist just walk away I just told her to write the price of my medicine…then the other pharmacist handle my priscrition paper….then this pharmacist eliza came back and told me that …..that costumer has added some for his earlier order…..nakikita po ba nyo and ginawa nya? Ano ba nmn po ung isusulat lng nya tapos she laid telling me that the amount of 1729 has already discounted for a senior citizen…she is very arrogant, hindi sya pwede sa harapan kasi simanggot ang mukha nya….i am 54 at mga anak ko walang gumgawa sa akin na tinatalikuran po ako….if she is doing that to her parents she don’t have to do that ito her costumers…ispin nyo nlng na nakasalalay po ang pasngalan ng mercury…. Then I went to upper session mercury at porta vaga…I was shock that the amount I will pay is only 1235 pesos…so I talked to the pharmacist kng cgrado cya sa total na binigay nya…and he said YES!...so in this case what happen po..bkit nya cnab ni eliza na 1729 discounted na? Hmmmm do you think in that way marami cya naloloko na senior saying that it is discounted?or in a way of ….i really don’t know kng ano?or she is a big liar….. Thank you for your kind in consideration and understanding this problem I encountered in your pharmacy…. I will wait for your fast reply on this matter…..
