Advantage One

This is the worst computer store I've ever purchased computers from. Aside from rude staff, they sold me defective laptop and desktop computer. I purchased Neo Laptop from them supposedly for my studies. Not even a month, the laptop started to malfunction. It overheated a lot of times and then just crashed. I tried to hard reset it, windows is not working already. I went back to the store and complained about it. They said they will send it back to the manufacturer to have it repaired. I said I want a refund. They refused saying, "It's already been used. We cannot honor refund." It was really frustrating. I waited 15 days before it had arrived repaired. At first I thought it won't happen again. But after another 2 weeks, the same thing happened. I went back there 15 TIMES and just the same process up until my warranty had expired and there was nothing I could do anymore. Because I really need a desktop computer and I thought probably this is just the neo brands, so I bought Lenovo instead. It was working fine until after 6 months. It crashed. Windows is also not working. It was really frustrating experience. I considered to file a lawsuit. But it was not worth it. So I just bought another computer from another store instead. Save yourself frustration and waste-of-money. I MANDATORILY suggest you take your money ANYWHERE or to any other computer stores who do not sell defective appliances.
