Friendly trainors, functional and new equipments. Open til 9 pm. Cheaper walk-in fees than most gyms in Baguio. They have different classes like zumba dance, ju jitsu and kickboxing other than use of gym equipments. They also have shower free of use for members and paid for by non members.

This is the gym on the 5th floor of the shopping center called ABANAO SQUARE. I think whether the gym here is the best in Baguio unless there is a problem in the location personally. In 140 pesos once, you can get a towel and exercise clothes, but the number of machines that can easily adjust the weight is the largest, crowded except for the evening, moderate the inside muscles of the thigh, especially easy to handle even for beginners In Baguio, there is only machine SHAPE UP gym in the outskirts of Baguio.
