Great place to stay fit, with accommodating owner, staff and trainers. Now with new equipment abd facilities!

Almost everything that you need of a gym is available except a shower. You also need to bring your own accessories (waist/hip band and support, lifting strap, etc.) coz they have it but are all nearly worn out. Reception is not that warm but that's negligible. avoid busy hours —around 5pm— and you'll be fine.

All this place needs is a treadmill. Otherwise, you have everything you need to be fit and to build muscles.

Worst gym I've ever been to. The only reason I went is because I am staying in a nearby hotel. Walk in rate was Php100 but if you want to use the newer elliptical, you have to pay additional 2 pesos per minute. There were 2 other elliptical machines - 1 was broken and the other is not plugged. I also had to pay P35 for a towel that looked like it costs P5 in Divisoria. The guy who signed me in was in a bad mood when I asked the price for walk in. He also said: "We are strict with towels." --- yep, that's super clear! "Great" customer service! The place was dirty. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 6 months! There was no proper ventilation. If you like the smell of 10 different types of sweat as you exercise, you should check it out!
