It's fine. Service is good.

Does not accommodate pretty well. I waited a long time even if I explained that I was in a rush. They even let the other costumers have their haircut first. The lady was very polite to the others but not to me. Please fix this problem.

They were very accommodating and gave me exactly what I asked for :)

i went to freshaire salon to have my hair trimmed, the front person and accomdating but then when i met the hair stylist named divine, she just asked me what cut and that's it. after that she never talked to me, not even a smile..is this how you treat a customer? to be honest, there's a lot of salon offering some nice priec for haircut and since the salon is in SM then i was expecting that it would be a good service. some salons offer P50 for haircut with atleast good service...i paid P130 for trimming my hair without even free blowdry and take note with a lousy service from hair stylist who doesnt even know how to smile or to talk to customer. i dont know...for me its a bad experience. i'd rather have my hair cut in salons with P50-price, atleast you'll understand if they'll provide you with a lousy service but they dont.they will talk and laugh with you, giving you a great experience by merely having a simple haircut. nice!
