The prices of items are not regularly updated. I bought a hose connector on 12 June 2016. The price on the tag is P289.00 with a discount mark of 20%. Upon payment at the cashier, the amount was, according to the cashier, "marked up to P300." Wow, kung hindi ko lang need item. In short, instead of having a discount from the original price, I paid an additional P30. Ang sarap naman ng buhay ng DIY "prices are changing without prior notice." However, after several days, DIY apologized for the misencounter and informed us of a refund.

Friendly staff. Prices are cheaper compared to a mall based store/hardware.
