Hope cashiers are accommodating. They seem too busy without checking the slip provided. They even seemed annoyed when further inquiries were raised.

If you can afford it, go here. Nurses are the true heroes here. They are very friendly and have good work ethic. Doctors are very informative. Altho I had one instance where the doctor was hinting a bit of condescension, to be fair, has practices on his clinic there. I had a bad experience with the xray imaging. After processing the image, they didn't give me the actual xray image. They only gave me thier diagnosis based on what they saw. Processing here is a bit confusing, especially for newcomers. The procedure is: talk to the guard, answer some questions, talk to another guard from the inside, sign covid forms, leave your ID, go inside either the emergency room or the admissions office. If you're going to emergency, talk again to another guard there, where he will prompt you to the emergency staff. If you're going for a regular check-up, go to the admissions office. From there you will be prompted on what you will do next. To be fair, anyone you ask there are very friendly. Overall, if you can afford it, go here. You have to pay a hefty price to get serviced here. But it is totally worthwhile.

My granny was confined at Notre Dame de Chartres Hospital (NDCH) from May 31 to June 8, 2020. I applied for financial assistance from DSWD 2 months ago. It was approved through a guarantee letter amounting to 10k addressed to NDCH. I got the check from NDCH amounting to 4,900. Went to DSWD and they validated that 10k was deposited to NDCH as reflected in the guarantee letter. I went straight to NDCH and confronted the staff at the window beside the cashier, the staff who prepared the voucher apologized and said "sorry sorry ma'am haanko nakita". She said she will still process the 5,100 and it will take more than a week. Just giving heads-up to people who may also seek financial assistance either from PCSO or DSWD, please make sure that NDCH deducts the EXACT amount approved by the office from which you sought assistance with. Kaya alalahanin po ang amount na sinabi sa inyo ng DSWD o PCSO, lalo na't 2 months mahigit pinoprocess yun, pwede makaligtaan. ALWAYS CHECK THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED or amount in the check.

Reading for the radiologic department is very slow. Its been a week until now no official results given. They promised us to provide the result in 2 days but it was a fail. Delayed in their side would be a delayed in intervention, treatment and decision making. No one answering the telephone. so in case its an emergency you will die. A private hospital but cleanliness is a question. They seek for innovative ways to improve healthcare but no change in mindset and work ethic is just a waste. I don't recommend this hospital, all things are delayed except for nursing service.
