They are systematic at this time. Social distancing, temperature check, filling up the contact tracing paper and the guards are constantly reminding the people of keeping their distance and are helpful. I filed my claim last july 16 just had to drop it in the assigned drop box and wait for their update. I received a text informing me that my claim was rejected and had to go back July 29 and bring the necessary requirements. It just took me less than hour to finish everything with the help of ma'am gian who also informed me to just wait after 1 month then follow up incase i need to.

Poor customer service, rude employees, unpleasant environment, super long queue. I waited 4 freaking hours just to be advised to accomplish it online eventhough I kept on explaining that I've been trying for weeks but I dont get the confirmation email from sss and its not an isolated case. People are complaining about the same problem so your server is to blame. And what exactly is the point of online application if you still have to go to their office to submit the documents and all? I came with everything I need to pass, I waited 4 hours worried about the risk of getting sick because there's LOTS of people in the office and still, I was advised go home and register online. Please do something about this and please have compassion for the common filipino people. This is where our taxes go. God bless Philippines.
