It is here where Baguio's Seat of Power resides forever. The Baguio City Hall is another sight to behold and preserved since the building itself, is a classic masterpiece by the Americans during the 1900s, as they stay here for establishment of Government Control in the Cordilleras. As I far as I can remember, Architect Burnham also designed this building, together with his masterpiece of Baguio City's Urban Blueprint, which is applied to this date. Just your average town hall, there are always people in and out going about running errands. Just facing Burnham Park and may be able to accommodate you with most of your civil needs. Upon entering the main entrance a help desk is available as most public buildings. You may also be able to view budgets spent/allocated and others on a bulletin board due to the transparency law. May be good for meetups since it is a huge landmark.

Located in a good environment with nice employees, if you need to ask for directions or help with legalities just go straight into the hall and ask anyone for convenience.
