Still not the best place to eat your KFC chicken. They don't immediately clear out the tables, they wait for al the tables to be nasty and customers waiti g asking them to clean before they do. Though food is still the same from other franchise. Also, they don't open the aircon even though it's really hot outside.

The chicken given to us in a bucket was all small,compared to those i regularly bought fr.your store,have you not check the size of your chicken, i'm disappointed😔

COMPLAINT: Staff Impedes Business I’m a regular at your space in Upper Session Road, Baguio City from late at night to the first few hours of the next day. I know this wasn’t a typical experience, which is why it stands out more. Given the “Customer Feedback” link at your official website isn’t really available, I had no choice but to wretchedly use a spare Facebook account. Before you dismiss this message wholly, I implore you to read it first. I like my anonymity, and know that it’s bad moral practice for businesses with an internet platform to require personal information your customers don’t want to divulge to the end of simply expressing concerns. At around 11:30 at night on March 2, 2020, there were people making an unholy racket at your supposedly “closed” upper level. It wasn’t really hard to figure out they were employed by your company as they constantly called the other employees across the counter by their names and periodically trudge their way to your kitchen. Again, I visit frequently. I’m used to occasional noise intrusions by patrons who come to eat then go. Given the way the space is laid out in this branch, noises from the upper level is amplified. Even if you wear noise cancelling headphones, bone conduction will make sure you “hear” the reverberations with your body. You can answer better why it’s vastly different when customers do it as you know the point of handling a business better than I do. I’m not saying fire your staff. I mean, it’s their “turf” so it makes sense that they’re comfortable enough to make such a racket that it overwhelms the relatively quieter customers. Right? As I was made to hear it, they were heading for inebriation and likely were just readying their voices for inconveniencing other people somewhere else. My point is you need to train your “managers” better and have them reconsider what their title and higher salary is for. I typically don’t message businesses for oversights in how they handle their operation. For example, I have leashed my temper enough to not message you for tables that aren’t really wiped properly and are therefore sticky, or security guards playing videos on their phones where their eyes are instead of looking out for danger as their job description implies. My continued business might not mean much. After all, I’m just one customer. You aren’t the only space open 24 hours in a major vein of the city, however.
