They are SLOW. They really take their time and one time I went there with my mom, she ordered a bucket of fries for take out, we were done eating while the bucket has not yet arrived, so we kindly asked the server and guess what they gave us SCRAPS OF FRIES CHOPPED INTO SMALL PIECES. Is that how you treat your customer? Disrespectful and has no sense of time, really slow at taking order, a slowpoke even when serving and then they let their customer to clean the table so that they could have a table. Is this what you would like to experience people?

Great fastfood, but slow taking of orders, great ambience

No wonder they are sinking... Staff - borderline good and bad Serving size - bad Location - really bad Ambiance - bad Food availability - bad Enjoy the sound of PUV engines and the combined smell of PUV exhaust and drainage system. ( Baguio Health Department knock knock) Staff... Ugh... She said no other drink except sprite but the other counter serves royal (orange soda) Food serving... 13pcs for one order of frech fries (yeah, I counted 'em) Food availability... 30 mins for a zinger... That's fastfood for yah!!

There's usually a queue and only one cash register that functions. Beware of missing items (plastic cutlery/side dish/gravy) when ordering take-outs.
