I think it usually does take a while for KFC to serve the food cause of their menu so this place was no different. Pretty tight though. Good for take outs.

Train your staff not to look at their phones and do some actual work. Slow service makes unhappy customers

Sometimes take out orders are not complete. Other staff are very slow and at times not very friendly. For dine in, sometimes they don't dish out at once. You still have to call their attention in order for them to clean the tables.

service is always very slow and it has consistently been that way. take outs are limited to a distance of just 3 - 5 kms.
