The place is really a gem. Great contemporary local art and indigenous craft.
For art lovers a must visit, some interesting works by Filipino artists covering many different styles.
Showcasing beautiful and amazing art pieces. Also, the outdoor landscape is so beautiful...
Benedicto Cabrera's Museum is a masterpiece itself in terms of modern architecture. But what makes it more important is the sets of masterpieces stored in it.
The Ben Cab museum does not portray the ancient culture of Cordillera, but the modernization of it as well.
Many guests and visitors fail to appreciate the value of each artwork and artifacts displayed in the museum due to spending their time more in taking snaps than understanding what historical and socio-political importance does Ben Cab want to convey.
Nevertheless, I strongly recommend everyone, of mature ages, as the museum holds sexual contents too, to visit the great Ben Cab museum. Nevermind the transportation expenses, the trip itself going there, is worth your while! The scenic views, the bright houses, the cool breeze of Baguio, and the excitement- all of these in one moment.
I will visit this great museum again as the travel restrictions loosen more than how it is implemented nowadays =)
Relaxing and quiet place when there are few visitors. Great for nature viewing. Lovely place to see art and nature. There's also a café at the bottom floor, which serves food and refreshments. They have a garden where you can rest or take pictures after roaming around the museum.
An awesome museum. Very nice collection of art. The cafe and outdoor area is definitely worth exploring
BenCan Museum is a must see for any visitor or local alike. A short review cannot encompass all the reasons, suffice to say its a great place to see the works of many of the accomplished and emerging serious artist of Northern Luzon and of course of BenCab himself. There are awesome rotating exhibits in the gallery and the grounds are beautiful. The whole museum and grounds are a kind of work of art in totality! You really must see to appreciate! Nice cafe to😋
