SM Baguio Parking Lot

We parked today and we didn't check the before we park out only to find out that the car has a big damage on the side hit by the other cars, i thought the guards are there to watch these things happen. We paid the right amount of parking fee but our car is not at all. This is a big disappointment.

Some parking indicators not working people parking in places wheŕe you shoulnt park and no roaming guards to correct this

Not the most organized inside. You could be waiting in a line on a hill forever without knowing is full or any way to get out of line.

An average parking. They should more organize
