A nice multi-purpose, open, naturally ventilated gymnasium. Designed as a covered basketball court but can easily accommodate most sports activities, tournaments, and most types of occasions involving lots of people. As it is located in the middle of a large university campus, air is pleasant and noise is at a minimum (unless there's substantial activity at the adjacent football field or buildings).
