When we arrived in Baguio we were pretty jetlagged despite only have a three hour difference from home. The staff were helpful and showed us up to our room right away. Note that you’ll need to leave a 1000 peso cash deposit security that is fully refundable on checkout. Little did I know that this would be the best hotel of our stay in the Philippines! The air conditioner worked well although the bed was VERY hard. Our room was a double and we just used a single bed. The room was tastefully decorated in red and neutrals. The wifi is only present in your room, but as it was a private connection the speed was excellent! Connecting two mobiles and a laptop didn’t give it any trouble. Something to note about showers is that you usually need to turn on a local heater. I had a very cold shower before we worked that out! But then I could get it to a good temperature and felt clean afterwards with the water pressure. This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Baguio so it wasn’t a problem that no breakfast was included. We ate in a variety of places, but I have to say that it was very convenient to have a Chinese restaurant next door which made dinner at night easy (and delicious).

Cedar Peak Condominuim is a good place. But be more extra careful with your valuables most especially as you leave the place. We just had an experience today upon check out, we were asked to wait for a while in the lobby for unit checking. After few minutes, we were told that everything in the unit is checked and good. In not more than 20 minutes, we found out that our child left her samsung galaxy tablet in one of the unit's room. We came back to front desk and ask them to call the attention of the housekeeping who took charge of the unit where we stayed. They contacted the unit and passed the phone call to us. We talked to the person-in-charge thru phone and told us that there was no tablet found everywhere. We asked if we could help them find it, and they agreed. As we went back to the unit, housekeepers were still there together with the person-in-charged, and us, trying to find the tablet, but it was not seen anymore.
