There weren't much customers when I arrived compared to when I left. Lance, the staff member who served me, was accommodating the entire time I was there. I was really counting my time while I was inside, but the rude staff I heard telling Lance (I guess since I was left to have them dried and it was right after that statement that he came to me to say I'm done and proceeded to usher me to where my stuff are locked up because yes they have them for your things to be secured) that I've already been too long in my stay inside yet dear I was just waiting for the nail polish to dry up since I got it smudged when I stood up to leave early on and the time I heard them wanting me leave was thankfully the exact time the polish dried up. No good farewell when I left. The lady staff members weren't that welcoming and even when I thanked one of the lady staff members she just stared, looked and walked past me, said nothing and went on with her business. I hope they have a quick way to have nail polishes dried so they don't have to rush their customers up and blame them for staying longer. Air drying nail polishes will really take long FYI. Well, I'm still thankful for Lance. I give him 5 minus the lady staff members' attitude. I was about to give 3 stars but well it seems my doctor colleagues go there too to destress themselves (so what? Nothing) and I still haven't tried their other services piman. Try going there yourself and I do wish you well. 😊

i like this place , professional pepole with good place and nice hospitality . amazing how i feel after the massage .

Had a 2 1/2 hour lemon grass treatment body scrub and massage and my therapist, Leah was very pleasant. She was mindful of how hard the scrub was and how much pressure I preferred on my massage. Totally pleased with the service.

masseuse didn't give a proper massage and was rushing. Foot spa is bad too. Probably the worst massage I've ever gotten. Paid 1k for nothing. Don't even bother going here. Are there even any nice spa in Baguio?

A bit pricey. Service was good and staff were very accommodating. Loved the temporary locker they provide so you don’t worry about your things (you bring the key with you into the massage area). You have to call ahead/set an appointment since they are usually fully booked. Walk-ins are entertained but have slimmer chances of getting in.
