massage was great, masseuse were courteous and kept their smile even when we were the last customers. a bit disappointed though with the way they deal with their reservations, we were initially given a 10pm sched and later changed to 10.30pm. not a big deal since i was informed during the same call. together with that change, we were limited to only 1.5hrs of massage since closing is at midnight. when we got there, i was informed that they can only accommodate 1 for a 1.5hr massage since one of their customers extended (added a service), so i told the same guy i spoke with (r**n) that we had a proper agreement (schedule) and why did they allow another customer to add a service when they knew they had another sched to keep, now he's compromising us :(. in the end, both masseuse had to extend to accommodate our 1.5hr massage

I love this spa! 1. Very clean and quiet 2. The staff is friendly and accommodating 3. The massage is impecable, especially from ate Joyce but she's been on leave since a few months back. 4. They have this loyalty card thing going on where you get a free massage after 10 sessions. (Already got mine and on to my next card) 5. Wide range of massage types and techniques 6. Affordable and quality Best massage spa I have ever been to, I only wish ate Joyce will be back soon

Therapists are well trained, professional and well trained. Entire ambience is relaxing, love the interior and exterior's concept. They also serve their own house blend of turmeric tea.

massage was very good, the service is good the cleanliness is good. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 only my problem is the bed it’s annoying me because everytime i am moving it’s producing noise and the smell of the bed is a little bit not okay...

Good and affordable service. Plus we get 50% discount as birthday celebrant. The only setback is the oily slippers and bed sheet.
