The Marketplace

What I like most about the Market place is the well ventilated and lighted alleys, cleanliness (no rat urine odours), orderly stalls, and the variety of goods sold. I really appreciate the respectful and very helpful staff, and their wide parking space. A BDO ATM machine is also accessible beside, plus the presence of other shops in the building.. The Shop is away from the central business district, which is traffic congested, yet very accessible to public transport. Some say the prices here are a bit expensive, yet that is what we pay for the convenience and quality products/service we get from the Marketplace.

This WAS our go-to place for quality meat and cheese. Now I find out that it is no longer part of Rustan's, but now owned by Robinson's. Cheese inventory is WAY down. Aussie meats are being sold out at special prices. Are they changing this to a typical Robinson's grocery store, or is this a problem with pandemic logistics? Not sure...

They have a lot of premium items that are not usually available in other grocery stores, even SM. clean and seamless shopping experience. not crowded. no long lines when checking out.

Great selection and high quality. Little bit pricey, but you get great stuff. Excellent liquor and wine options once quarantine is lifted.

Needs more variety of products sold.
