The out patient waiting area was pretty much on the sidewalk. Maybe it's a precautionary measure to limit the potential exposure of patients. The service from the staff is great. They are polite attentive and proactive in making sure that the patients is taken cared of. They have ample parking space and wheelchair accessible entrance. Security around the premises is also 👍

Well, thankful that they accepted my mom. They gave her a room with somebody doing carpentry above her room. Whole day of noise . Too late when they gave a potty chair. Won’t give a senior discounts. Even nurses knew that my mother’s veins collapse already and her both hands are swelling, still they kept wanting to get blood out of her. I understand that they’re just doing their jobs, but sometimes you need to understand the feeling of a sick old lady.

Aug 5 2020, 4pm took our mom for emergency because she's been vomiting all day because of Gallstone. We know there's Covid so we're really just hoping they check her and give her first aid before they tell us if they can accommodate her not. Nothing they just keep saying no room for admission. I asked if they can give her first aid since she's in pain. They said better to take her to other hospital because it would only take us time and we would be transferred anyways. No checking or whatever. Outright kick us away.

The Doctors and Nurses are very hospitable and accommodating. We were treated well. Kudos to every staff of the hospital from Security to everyone in the establishment. More power to you!
